End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to projenance.com. This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Softvative Inc (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, including all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided through the Service are owned by Softvative Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
5. Subscription and Payment
If the Service is offered on a subscription basis:
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
We may change pricing with prior notice.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softvative Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
11. International Use
If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.
12. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
